Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Colorway E-Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the E-Bike
Carefully disassemble and pack the bike back into its original heavy-duty crate, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and manuals are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage and mileage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
